In a bowl, combine the liquid cream with a pinch of salt and finely chopped fresh chives. Mix well to blend the flavors.
Evenly pour the cream mixture over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
Transfer the ovenproof dish to the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes. If the salmon pieces are smaller, reduce the cooking time to around 12 minutes to avoid overcooking.
Serve the baked salmon with a cold pasta salad or a flavorful spicy rice dish for a complete and satisfying meal.
