Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tbsp mustard with seeds
  • 1 small red onion
  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • 400 g cooked and drained lentils
  • 185 g drained canned tuna
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Keep in mind that the tuna and lentils already have some natural saltiness.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced red onion, cooked and drained lentils, flaked tuna, and chopped coriander.
  • Gently toss to mix the ingredients evenly.
  • Drizzle the prepared dressing over the salad.
  • Toss gently to coat all the ingredients with the dressing.
  • Your salad is ready to serve—tasty, nutritious, and perfect for any meal.
